Giesen Wines is a family business managed by brothers Theo, Alex and Marcel Giesen. Established in 1981 the estate now comprises a total of 580 acres of vineyards in the Marlborough and Canterbury regions of New Zealand. Since the wines were first released in 1984 Giesens' clear goal is to be recognised as a leading producer of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc and other varieties. 85% of production is exported to the Unted States, Australia and the United Kingdom. The Giesen range also includes Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Riesling. |
